Yesterday was wednesday and it was one of the day which i don't really like because it is a 5 long hours rotting day!Every wednesday we have a meeting with our aa(acedemic advisor)and this meeting was kinda "extraordinary" meeting unlike other meeting because guess what we all kena boombaa(scolding) from the head of the hospitality school,Mr OLiver.It is becuase of some ignorant people who don't come into class in time,not greeting the lecturers and because we are hospitality students, it is our duty to show of hospitality attitude and profesionalism to our lecturers! As mr. Oliver enter in,i know there is something going to happen already and apparently last saturday we were told earlier,about 1 week ago that we will be having our eco-lab training(it is kinda like a hygiene and sanintation class) and the training was kinda dry and as the training goes on, people eventually felt so bored and they decided to leave the hall.After the so call break,only half of the hall only return!In the middle of the trainig,the guy actually threaten us there will be a exam which eventually it is a lie la!moving on from what i said earlier about my wednesday class,and summore the weather was so damn hot and the class was like a freakin sauna because it was packed and full and most of the air conditioner was not working and most of us have to rely on a rotating standing fan!most of us couldn't caoncentrate our lecturer,ms.Leann was boiling(i could see that) and the class was so noisy everytime we were given 10 minutes discussion.So while we were discussing,I took sometime off a snap some pictures with some of my poser fren.Here are the results of boredom

A new DAy

Well today is indeed a very hot,tiring and a MAnic thursday!Well i started my class at 8am and it was on nutrition and food hygiene,very interesting class i could say.I was shocked to learn that chef students also need to learn the body parts n d function of vitamin a-z,it reminds me off biology during high school years and unfortunately i didn't learn bio so it was pretty tough for me cuz when i hear all those wierd scientific word, my brain goes spinning left to right.Well i have to take and to my shock i learned lots of unusual n wierd stuff leh!We learn about of shit(Air besar aka stool and our lecturer call it "bubu") on how it goes and where did it come from!HEar something for all of u,to identified whether u have a healthy or not healthy stool take a look at ur shit while ur shitting!If ur stool sinks down, it means it is not good cuz there is a lot of toxsins in ur body which u havent throw for quite sometime and same goes to the opposite,Good-floats,bad-sinks and there is no half way k!SO People start detoxing ur body twice a year and i think i'm gonna start to do dat anytime soo,i guess.ALso i learned that chocolate is also good for sex and something with cancer and 1more thing i forgotten oledi.SO next time ppl,while having sex get a bar of chocolate in bed and have a great sex k!

And right after class i have to rot for about 4hours till nmy next session, the typhoid injection!hERE COMES THE INJECTION

I don;t feel anything cuz i dunno la,but i c people screaming and crying,not to say kenot but i just got no comment!Well i have to wait i line for about 30-35minutes just for 1 injection and because i was too nice,my dear frenz keep cutting my line,dam i was tooooo nice!Finally got my injection n it cost me a bump,50big buks for a injection but it seems dat is a 2 in1 injection wor(typhoid and hepatatis b) but in d card it stated there oni typhoid.Well i dunno i have been conned or we will have it some other time la,just have to wait n c!Justin out!

How much i hate it,I just have to bear with it.

I must sat i miss bloggin and this is my 1st post for the year 2008. Just started my new semester last tuesday and when i got my schedule last Friday,i must say i have classes evryday compare to my last semester schedule which i has equall balance of rest day n classes.This semester my class start as early as 8a.m unlike last semester 7a.m(dats even earlier) which i had to bear it for the next 3months plus and after the semester is over i will sit my mid year exam pretty soon.This semester is 100% theory and not even 1class on practical lesson which i had to work super duper hard cuz this semester is is all about reading reading,memorising and understanding the concept!Chef students don't only cook but they can also do some management like this semester i'm learning on menu planning and someting got to do with nutrition stuff which for sure will b packed with lots n lots of assignment and more assignment cuz wat is theory without assignment.Well i must say, how much i hate assignment n working with people i don't really like, i miss feeling presurize and rushing for the due date!well i just have to wait n c how well is it going to be but this semester my group will be joining with my other fellow friends and JUNIORs.I must say their group look kinda big and dey look more matured den all of us,bigger and bigger!Worst of all this semester i will finally have my TYPHOID injection and basically this injection is to prevent from hospitality students from passing diseases from the kitchen to our customer and it is freaking expensive(rm50).Well i just have to bear with it and move on woth ,my life and hoping to score well this semester.

Ello 2008,bye bye 2007!Well first i would like to wish everyone a happy new year!Year of the rat,let just wait n c wat outcome dis new year has to offer.Yesterday(new year eve) i didn't get to celebrate d new year countdown or spending time wit friends or staying at home but instaed i work!Well i don 1 2 complaint but for the 1st time of my life i've worked for14 hours plus yesterday!YOu tell me,crazy or insane!well it;s kinda fun actually cuz i;ve gain so many experience.rather than complaining and whinnning, you just have to face the fact workin in a hotel is isn't a fantasy work.You have to work for a very long hour and you will nvr noe when you can go back unless everything is done!For the 1st time in my life, i celebrated ,y new year at my workin place, i could see on everypme face even my collegus,dey were all exhausted nad tired,yawning all the way, not forgetting me too!Well at the end of the day,is the experience that counts rite!started my work as early as 10.15 like dat,non stop workin preparing this and that and setting up the function to taking care at the function,i tell u is nice to see people actually havin fun(guest).They were all dancing,eating and drinking and wat i did,up and down refilling food and trying to not over di it!ended up clearing and finish work at bout 12 like dat!Full of new year cheer in the kitchen, chef opening lift opening a bottle of champagne and sparying it who ever inside lift(thank goodness i was not inside there)i was expecting pan and pots throwing ere nad there,ppl shouting like mad ppl cuz dats wat my collegue told me dat last year we did!Well we(working ppl) ended by celebrating d new year!The head chef actually open few bottles of cahmpagne and he askied everyone to drink and offer everyone a toast,Me i was just too tired,i took 3 glass and gulp in down cuz i was laso thirsty oso(loL)i was expecting wine or liquer!well don hope too much fo a monor celebration!Well d next day was my off day!after celebarting,my phone keep buzzing with messages and i manage to reply all of them gua!After that decided to leave the hotel and walk to he lrt
