Last day of April and this very day i found a new home which is the LIBRARY! I was so fascinated when Melanie borrowed some interesting books on Food and Culinary Arts,and so i decided to try my luck to got to the library this afternoon to find some books!Melanie recommend me two books to me which is on Pastries and I found a book on Food Politics!

Read a few pages of Food Politics and to my surprise it is quite nice!Well tomorrow is Labour day and the beginning of MAY!Well a day off which means More rest but luckily i have books to keep me company!Final Words.....I LOVE BOOKS!

I must admit that blogging is so addictive and it looks like it's my way of releasing my thoughts and write whatever i want!

Next i would like to thank Mr.Yik Hoong for giving me a new pictures for my blog and yes people it is David Cook from American Idol 2008 and no he is not the winner but i really hope he will win!I'm an American Idol Freak and i can't wait for the finale.If I'm not mistaken the finale is 21 and 22nd of May gua!

What's next?
I know it doesn't concern me for no but i just havngi this thought that everything i do or say is all regarding by this magic word.....LOVE!I'm not being prejudice or cynical but it is just everyday I'm dealing with the Word LOVE...My favorite song is by Simple Plan,Your LOVE is a lie.Next,Sara Barellis-LOVE Song,Leona Lewis/Jesse McCartney-Bleeding LOVE,and Gavin Degraw-In LOVE with a girl!

When?

It has been a week since i came back from FHA 2008 and Johor Bahru with my friends,and honestly I'm missing it!I'm missing every chit chat,fun,laughter and crazy moments we had over there!I just wish there will be another time where the hole bunch of us could go holiday again,anywhere will do just as long we are all together doing crazy stuff and had fun!More and more friends and family birthdays are coming up,September is ending soon......What else la?We just have to wait and see!

What's up today?

Went to college in the morning,at 7 and had Food Production class and I'm loving this class man!I like my lecturer "Chicken powder" Chef Mr.Philip's class as we get to cook cook,prepare and last but not least get to test our food!Yummy!Not forgetting we students are slowly adapting his habit already which is adding Chicken stock in all of our dish and yes it does make the food more tastier okay,try it if you don't believe it!We also had the tendency to add more and more extra flavoring into our food like more salt....more pepper....more cream......more CHEESE!Well we are all chef students and I'm loving every minute when I'm in the kitchen and surrounded by food

ITs About Freakin time

LAst week,From the 22th-24th of April,while the gREESE went to Phuket SHTCA also organised a trip down to the Singapore for the FHA thingi.I will let the picture do the talking but let summarize everything!

fOR THE 1ST day,we all left college,took a coach bus down to JB.Stop 3times on the way for food and Some took the oppurtunity to smoke..Reach JB at 3 something,decided to call ,my Aunt and she took 5batang...Me,Teo,Ian,Tristam and Jerrick out for a snack before heading back to the hotel at 6 sharp tp walk down to a nearby Malay restaurant to eat our dinner...Food was horrible as the vegetable has too much Ajinomoto in it,Egg was tasteless,Sotong was tooo damn spicy,Rice was undercooked and the chicken is too damn big!Didn't anyone told them that too much Ajinomoto is not good for health and i think i'm being too damn typical because chef are suppose to eat with their not woth their eye!Ate a bit as i couldn't swallow it and lefrt with my Batang friends to 7 eleven for a walk and then heade back to the hotel to chill out at the swimming pool!When we reached to the pool,Tristan and Ian couldnt resist the pool and jumped in wherby me and Melanie decided to camp whore with the rest of the gang.....

Went back about 8 something like that,we all couldnt sleep,We all started to visit the girls room,chit chat for a while till it's late and it is time to head to the bed as we had a curfew at 11 and by the way screw the curfew....(Sorry Lecturers) and we all had wake up call at 6in the morning

Day2

Woke up at 6,get ready for breakfast down at the Cafe,breakfast was way better than Las night dinner,went back to get ready because by 8 we all had to depart to Singapore.Reach there by 10like that,Me and Cherry decided to do some camp whoring while waiting for the rest..Arrive at the convention center and o must tell you is so freaking bog..Imagine twice the size of KL convention center!While walking,decided to snap snap some pictures,got to eat way lot of ICe cream ranging from The orinal Leka Leka,Itallian ice cream and whatever ice cream.

Drank Japanese Distilled Spirit which its damn Freaking nice as me And Charity had a few shots and we were kinda tipsy....

decided to walk from hall 1 to 6 for the Pastry booth.

While on the way,had more Ice Creams,MOre Coffee,More Food tasting.

After reaching hall 6,we were kinda dissapointed with it because there were mall machinery than food.Walk Back saw Mr.PAul,ask him to tag along woth us before meeting some of the senior saying there is a booth selling Imported beer from BElgium,German and etc..Did some tasting and bought 3 beer which cost around 16 Sing dollar!

By the time we finished,it's about time to head back to the place we met and head home.But before heading back,We met up with more seniors and they decided to follow us to the Japanese booth to get more Of Japanese Distilled Spirit!Damn NIce ok!

Head back to the bus and straight to the restaurand call LC restaurant to eat our dinner and this time this food is way nicer than our 1st day dinner ok!Ate and went home!Aunt called and asked whether 1 to go to eat supper anot and i quickly say Hell yeah..I'm orang Jb and i can't resist Kuey CHap ok!Before that,went to my aunt house to chill out for a while before heading out!The crew of suppper,ME,MEl,Tristan and Teo not forgetting my Aunt and My cousin PAula.After that head back,chill out in my room before heading to one of my senior room to hang out...Crack some jokes as of my senior was quite wasted and high!Stayed there for a while before heading back to chill and eat im my room which means time to opened my 3bottle of beer but i shared with Melanie because i'm a sharing person ok and Melanie enjoyed it kk..You go girl.Slept about 3like that and the next day.....

3rd day

Morning call at 7,head down to breakfast and than quickly eat our brekafast and head back to the room to pack last minute!Cursing and swearing and Teo counted i sweared 4times when i'm in the hurry...Head down to Singapore again knowing that we are going to "shopping" in Mustapha Shopping centre which my point of view it is one of the shopping center which i can't find any damn thing there and i'm sorry friends for not buying anything k because i can't any damn thing!HEad back to the hotel to collect our luggage before heading the road back to KL.Left at 3something and reached at PJ about 8.30like that

My summary

The hole journey,Trip was not properly organised as we had only four short hour to walk around the big exhibiton hall and why on earth that shoppping center....YYYYYYY?

Next,the food.1st day food was horrible..Second day food was at least better!

What i enjoyed the most,Bonding with my class mate which i will never forget about it,having crazy moment Camp whoring and had lots and lots of talking and last but not least making new friends!

I make a promise friends as this is not the last trip we will ever have in our 2 1/2 years,there will be more and i'm looking forward to FHA 2010 in Singapore and this time With my friends

Blogging in The middle of the night!

First of all, i need to be awake in about 3 hours plus but nooo,I'm here staring at the computer blogging because why,I can't sleep!Well I'm not the only midnight owl starring at the computer,I got Cherry is going to Singapore, who is not asleep yet because she is watching LOTR and Teo who is not sleeping too because he haven't packed yet?What is all this,why can't freaking sleep,is it because I'm too tired or too excited that i will be leaving to Singapore(actually Johor BAhru) in a few hours with a hole bunch of KDU students!I do not know exactly why!Maybe i will just try to get some sleep in the bus due to the fact i do not know much or rather any seniors or juniors but only Cherry,Ian and Ameer i think!Well i hope after this post i will try to get some sleep!

I've Been Waiting!

I've been reading a lot of my friends super long Blog and I'm feeling that I've been missing out a lot! A day without Internet/blogging/facebook makes my life boring and miserable!Well I'm finally online now to update my blog!Finally i will be off to FHA 2008 in Singapore tomorrow with my Gila friends and i can't stop saying it,YEAH BABE!Holiday for 3days is good but i will be away from my laptop which means no Facebook,Blog,Internet and MSN which unless i bring it along with me!The only thing which i have to keep me company is my Friends,Food, and Fun,not forgetting my Camera which means more camp-whoring and last but not least my hand phone.

It's about time for me to have a holiday and I'm totally looking forward to it where I'm finally out from the house.My other pals will be either baking(Denise and Yik Hoong,i know your reading this),some will be on their Holiday to Langkawi and some people will be heading to Phuket!Who ever you are or where about you guys are heading,do have fun and remember to come back in one piece.

It's about time!

Well,it's about time that i updated my blog.Today marks the beginning of my semester break and that means more time to sleep,and catch up with what is happening around me which includes music,movies and more TV.How can i forget,I'm totally looking forward to FHA 2008 held in Singapore and guess what,I'll be going.This year,FHA is held in Singapore and it is from 22-25th April. KDU college has organised a trip down to Singapore as KDU has it own team competing in the FHA.FHA is one of the 3rd world biggest culinary expo in the world!If you heard of FHM than you might think FHA is related.Well,your right!FHM(Food Hotel Malaysia) whereby FHA(Food Hotel Asia).To check out more about this prestigious event, just Google FHA 2008,Singapore!I will be going with a hole bunch of college mates and there will be some PCT's people going there i can't wait for it,That means,Holiday Babe!On the other hand,besides the FHA trip,the other group of Greese Production people will be heading to Phuket!Well i guess is time for everyone to have a break.More food,More Pictures,More Camp whoring,and More money Spend toooo!Well i promise pIctures and more pictures!

I do not know where i got this random thought but while talking to Tammy today,she suddenly talked about smoking Weed!Than,it suddenly hit me. I've been dying to try Smoking weed.I've tried 2puffs of Cigarettes before and i had to admit that i hate it,Tried Beer and don't like it....Tried Whiskey and Brandy and loving it.....Tried Wine and Addicted to it.Next in line, Smoking weed!Anyone Interested but i need to know where to get it first.

The Secret

This particular book has been out in the market for quite some time and I've heard so many good reviews about it from friends and other re-sources.I always wanted to read it and i finally got a chance to read it,thanks to my friend,Yik Hong who borrowed it to me.I have to admit this,by flicking the first few pages,whatever is written in this book is so damn true.It is like a self reflection book as it help us in over coming all of our daily obstacles that we faced everyday.I must tell you the author,Rhonda Byne must be making tons of money publishing this book as this book is so useful.It won't be long for this book to turn into a movie as it has a CD which come with every purchase of the book.If I'm not mistaken,this book also has a Chinese version and other language too.I just started reading and i must say i totally hooked on it now.I recommend this book to others.Once you read it,you will know it.

Bonjour peeps, Today is Officially my 1st day of French Lesson.What a good day to start as it was raining like cats and dogs outside.Is it because of me singing nursery rhymes or Is it just us people who are destroying the beautiful and seductive french language,Is up to you to decide.Our Lecturer was Mr.Ajhar(Mua think is correct), a young Malay lecturer who speaks good French and has a strong accent of french i think?Our first lesson was learning the few basic French Language,like Mer' ci beaucop(Mel ci),Je m' appeles....(My Name is..),Ca Va(I'm fine),Ca Va BIen(good) and many more.At the end of the day we all had such a good time speaking in french and having fun in the class.I personally think french is such a sexy and seductive language.But before the afternoon class,after the 1st class with Ms.Elaine ended at 10am,Melanie,Chee Lim,Tammy(who wore a skirt,which looks good),and Denise.Our 1st stop,burger King because i was so hungry.We sat down at have a long chit chat nonsense as we were the 1st customer.After Seating down there for almost 45minutes,Tammy took Denise to the the shop where Tammy got her piercing done.The Shop was so cool as it is located next to Four Skin and i can't remember what is the shop name.The shop is so Damn Freaking Awesome Cool as it has super duper Chunky Accessories which is Damn bloody nice.Too Bad i didn't buy any as it was so expensive and i was broke but i promise myself if i had the cash, i will definately go back to the shop to get some of the Chain,bracelet and some other accessories.I almost forgotten,on the way there we stopped by the animal exhibition which was located near converse.We were all so fascinated with the Parrot which can't stop swinging to get other attention and the smallest monkey which is so damn small as it was as small as my hand only.Melanie had a long chat with the guy over there because she likes animal so much and we ended up buying 5tickets to got to the Animal exhibition after class next Friday.So that's all for now.Mer' ci beaucuop people for reading mua blog as i can't wait for the next French Class.

It has Never Been this fun...........

Today is my first ever Food Production class with Mr Philip and GardeManger(which is pronounce "Guard Manja").It's supposingly to be french which is also known as Cold Kitchen.Let me start With the 1st class which starts at 7am.Class Started off very early and as usual everybody is looking tired and yawning all the way including me i must admit it.Suprisingly for the forst time Mr.Philip Shouted and i was shocked.It actually woke me up a bit and the rest of my friends to.Class started of woth collecting the supplies and Mise-En-Place(Kitchen Prep) and we started Cooking.Our Lesson today was all about Pumpkin soup and Making our making Main course,Cider Honey Chicken with Frangrance rice which we need to sell it at the end of the dat at Rm7.It's kinda like a service and this week is not our turn but Afif,Adam and Lim turn,My Group is consist of 2ladies which is Me,Cherry and Dian.During the class we cooked,have fun,me and Charity kept singing oldies and jiwang song,Adam who couldn't stop singing out loud,El Winn is getting hornier as each day past and for the rest was pretty normal i guess.As for this semester my ranking has been promoted from being the Class Steward to the class male "secretary" as i'm suppose to jot and write down notes for my members.I enjoyed my new job but it can be kinda hectic as everybody is eyeing on my notes.I managed to snap some pictures with my phone during the class and let the pictures do the talking for now

After that,while observing our fellow college mate selling their product,we decided to stare and count how many plates they sell because we have 4 long hours break.After an hour plus i got fed up and decided to go the computer lab to play with facebook and some decided to take th oppurtunity to sleep in the lab..HOw interesting.After waiting for 4 long hours,Mr Gerhard GardeManger(Guard Manja) finally started.Class Stared of by briefing us on his rules and regulation like No having cigarettes break or 5mins break and no eating or chewing candies too.Then he explained to us what is our topic today and it turn out to be cold sauces and salads,which means we will be eating Salads and Only greens.Mr.Gerhard Joked in Bm tooo and with his accent,it just make the class even more fun as it goes along.Class was preety fine and at the end of the class,it finnaly came the best part!The eating session and we all were like Pirahna who haven't been eating for the pass few hours.We have ceaser salad which we ending up putting lots and lots of Parmesan Cheese on top of it,Mixed green herbs with Vinnigarette,Poach Eggs top with 2 different topping,1 pesto and the other wan't pesto mix with mix herbs.By the end of the day.we managed to wholap every bit of food as we have Pirahna or MPPJ like Me(Mr.Hungry).Khairy(who just can't stand to waste food,Charity(who have been hogging on the Pesto and eating it over and over again),Dian(Suprisingly),Joe(who join Cherry in her Pesto or Ceaser Dressing mania) and not forgetting Jerick(my Group leader who is eager to be the forst one as he has his utensils ready).Friends don't be offended if i left out ur name as i was inly joking.Thats all for now.....just can't wait for the next blog..Peace
