Problems arise....

What will you do when you are feeling disturbed or troubled?

You let others know and help will be there.What others choose to do,stoned there and not speak OR being emo and show their black face.Well,i choose to do keep myself as positive as possible and try to be happy on the outside but others might not know,I'm in pain and hurt on the inside.

On the other hand,my problem should not be the end of the world because I'm not the only one on this planet earth to have a problem but others too got their own problem.

My suggestion,try to speak it out to the people who understands and trust you,it will feel way better than keeping it inside and feeling guilt on the inside.

Where have I been?

Too lazy to update my blog but I'm just gonna suck it up and update!Yesterday,it was a tiring day as i was working and it was quite tiring because i have not been working for quite some time .After work,i came home,and there i go dozing off until the next morning and man i was sleeping like a baby!

What's next?Life is not a fairytale?Is is true?HELL YEAH.Life always don't turn out the way i always wanted it to be.I'm not jealous nor eye soar of other people for having a better life than me.Some may say,"How i wish i have your life?" or "Can we trade our family?".It came to my thought these couple of days but i keep saying this to myself,I am who i am and i just have to accept the life which I'm destined by GOD!I will just have to stop whining and start working super hard and accept the fact that i have this life and I shall be grateful for everything i had.I'm suppose to be super lucky to have a family because many out there doesn't have one but sometimes i feel that,Am i worth it?

Anyway,i will just be strong,work thins out and think whats best for me and the only ONE person that listen to me is,GOD himself!Thank You very much!

It's been two days since i updated my blog.Well.i'm here right now,sitting at my friend's hall and blogging all the way.

What to update?Well,let me see.This week has been just like any ordinary week,it's just that I've been studying F & B studies and i had my exam today.What's next?After class,i will need to go back and get ready and head to my friends "farewell" party.A "farewell" party,not exactly.It is more like a final gathering before she and her Course mate head for their industrial training!So my advice to you guys,Have fun and Behave!

Final words,i need to head home and get lots and lots of rest because i have work tomorrow and hell yeah i need it!

LIFO will follow you...

It's time again to update.By the way,does the title of my post ring a bell to anybody who is reading?If you don't realise,it's Digi "I will follow you" theme song.If you were to sing "LIFO will follow you",it will actually rhyme.Before i go on any further,i must say thank you to Miss.Vivien for inspiring me with this post title.

Why is LIFO playing such an important role in my life?Well,guess what?I have to bloody see them most of the day or i must say everyday?Well,I'm kinda sick and tired of even to look or talk to them because to me,it's freaking a waste of my time and breathe.I must say,both LIFO share a few things in common like their laziness,inefficeincy,irresponsible and a hole lot more of similiar personality.

Both of them are so big enough to wake up and take action.Final words,please be big enough to see whats going on around you or else you will be the one who is loosing out.

Wake me up before you go go.....

It is important to get enough sleep everytime or not you will be like a grumpy old man.What's the outcome,feeling sleepy throughout the day and and the end of the day you will get to eat super sweet pastry at the end of the day.

Today pastry class was on Petit Four(in French,it means Small Oven).What is Petit Four.click here.Class was pretty short and fun as i was able to feel the heat from folding those ginger snaps and Tuille.Well it was kinda fun as many of my friends got to see my monkey face and i was jumping around like a monkey!

To my suprise,class today turn out well as for the first time i came to class and went back home with a smile in my face.WHY?Well,to make thing short the X-FACTOR of my group was not there!

That's all for now as i need to get ready for "Hells kicthen" or "Kan Cheong Kitchen" ala Food Production class TOMORROW!FUN and SCREAMING WILL BE UNLEASHED!

Yesterday while i was watching "Sugar" on AFC on Astro,the host was making short bread and suddenly it struck me that i haven't been eating short bread for a long time.So this morning,i woke up and i decided to enter the kitchen and bake short bread.Collected and mix all of the ingredient and started to bake and the final result was OK.Taste was salty because i accidentally use the "bakers pinch" instead of the "housewife's pinch" into salted butter,how smart of me right?At the end of the day,i decided to try and it was quite salty and even mother told me it was quite salty and she gave me a 6/10 for the first attempt!What's next?Brownies,fruit cake and maybe cheesecake,we will just have to wait and see!

No updates for yesterday because there is nothing to update but the only best part was clearing it out and i felt so much better after saying it out,which i hope YOU will WAKE UP!

Today,French replacement class was just like any other day!Whats next?After class,went back home,rest up before starting my F & B aka accounts!Well,I MUST SAY THIS...I LOVE ACCOUNTS and i meant it!Funny right as you may think that I'm weird on why am i enrolling into Chef's course instead of Accounting course,plainly because accounting is quite hectic and if i were to take that,i won't be meeting all of my crazy course mates and i will be growing more white hair!LOL!

Well.I'm actually taking a time out now before continuing the rest if my F & B question.2 MORE to GO!Well,that's kinda all to update for now where i will need to rest up and get ready for a super long day which i will be having class the hole day and maybe i will be heading to futsal.Did i say futsal?????Well,i don't know what struck me but i guess i need to stop FFK-ing my friends anymore and just go for it!

Kan Cheong but not so "Kan Cheong"

Today,in food production class,it is up to us,student to go figure out and do our own recipe!Well,guess what?It was not so kan cheong like kan cheong kitchen but it was kinda havoc i could say!Imagine la,13 students,6 stove?And everybody is fighting to use the stove whether to blanch,fry or boil and so we ended up taking turn!When we came in in the morning,the kitchen was quiet and "clean" but as the class goes on,you can see us all throwing and chucking things everywhere!It was so havoc as there were shouting and screaming!1 example,we were shouting like we were "lelong-ing" stuffs in the "pasar malam" and what were we shouting for?Salt and pepper!I made 1 stupid mistake,instead of putting pepper into my soup,i ended up putting more chicken stock into a chicken stock base,that;s show how nervous and havoc i was!Well it was kinda fun in a way as next week,we will be doing this again!I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT!LOL!

A short post before i sleep and get ready for tomorrow big and longggggggg day!

OMG!3 words to summarize the weather these days!It's getting more and more hotter as each days past and i do not WHY on earth it is so DAMN hot??How i wish there is a swimming pool right in front of me so i can just jump into it and soaked myself for hours!

What's next?I was suppose to revise my F & B cost topics today but instead i spend the day wasting my time on blogging,facebook and TV!I'm suppose to revise on income statement and to my surprise Chef students still need to do accounts man!Accounts was my strongest subject during high school and i always pay super attention to every class ans score high marks in it but now,my accounts knowledge has kinda disappear!In this particular topic i was suppose to do an Income statement aka "Penyata Pendapatan" and it is in English,so it is hard for me to interpret it!Not to worries,I'm not gonna complain but I'm gonna make sure i work my ass to master this!

Next,in a few hours time I'm gonna be out with my family to my grandma house to visit my cousin from down under,Australia!I'm so happy to finally meet her after so long!She,Su Fen is here with her BF,David!I'm so happy to meet her later!

Lastly,I'm torn between whether to go or not to go to my ex-secondary school,SMK TAMAN SEA canteen day!I'm still thinking and hopefully by at night,i can made up my mind!

Well,supposing this morning i had Food Production class but in the end it was canceled last minute due to the miscommunication of the supplies!I knew this will happen already but no,i was so determine to come to class and have fun cooking.Well,i guess next time i got to follow my instinct already. Next,Chee Lim said he was bored and he suggested to watch movie and so we called Mr.Neo also to tagged along.Well,I have 2 pairs of free tickets and we thought of watching either Prince Caspian or Made of honour, but in the end we ended up watching M. Night Shyamalan,The Happening staring Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, John Leguizamo, Betty Buckley.

Here is a short brief about the story:A couple goes on the run from an apocalyptic crisis that presents a large-scale threat to humanity.Don't understand,I understand the movie but for those who is planning to go and watch this movie,PLEASE DON'T,I REPEAT PLEASE DONT!If you got a lot of money,by all means.Well basically this show it's about a so call "terrorist" attack but in the end the so call "terrorist" was cause by the air,environment and the wind!It's kinda weird to understand right?Well,that's is what you're gonna expect if you are watching M.Night Shyamalan's movie,confusing and hard to expect what's the meaning of the show!The only Gross part was the commit suicide,the bloody and sick scene!Not gory but sick?

Dinner at YUEN steamboat.I recommend all people out there.It's a self service buffet,it's only RM 18.80 per person excluding 5% government tax.A must eat for all big eater as it is cheap and value for money.If you were to include drinks, i think person it's about RM 20 only,cheap?it's dirt cheap!
This is a sample of the "Lou Khong" soup aka Husband soup.Why is it called "lou Khong" soup because it is boiled by the hole bunch of guys.The soup was super nice ok,damn sweet some more,Why leh?Because it is make by Yik Hoong and me!

The famous chicken wing.It's like mar -mite chicken with honey and some other thing it.A little thing about this famous chicken,it is snapped by people within a glimpse.YOU can actually feel the heat when the people starts to grab as much chicken wing as possible and i was able to join the frenzy got both of my friend dirty(accidentally,sorry to YH and Isaac), but i manage to get to rounds which means two plate fill with chicken wings.It is like a battle of chickens man!Feel the heat of the wings....
At the end of the day,we all were super full,got to witness a lot of drama in the steamboat restaurant,talk lots of crap and knowing that we have 3hours of class tomorrow but we didn't really care!Thanks guys for everything!

Crazy Outing!

It was a super hectic day!

A hole bunch college mate like Vivien.Emily,Yik Hoong,Pui Yee,Johnson,Melanie,Boss Teo and me went to Sunway Lagoon the hole day,from 11am-6pm like that.It was crazy and i super enjoyed myself,playing both wet and dry park,screaming like a monkey,shouting on the roller coaster rides,have lots of fun and getting wet in the wet park and the most important....CAMP WHORING BABY!

Lastly,we headed to Yuen Steamboat in Subang Jaya and ate steamboat and we sat there and talk and eat for about 3hours plus and then off we go because tomorrow there is class!I had a great time eating because it is a buffet steamboat and i was eating non stop and I've experienced something that everybody will experience if they go there...IT'S THEIR FAMOUS CHICKEN WING WHICH FINISHED IN A SPLIT OF SECOND!GO AND EXPERIENCE IT AND YOU WILL KNOW!I must congratulate myself because i did manage to join in the pariah-ness of the rest of the Malaysian to grab a hole bunch of chicken wings which personally think it's OK only?I don't know what so special but i did experience the life challenging act which is to fight and grab as many chicken wings!That's all about for now..Friends,pictured will be up by tomorrow in facebook or some other place!Please be patient as I'm off to wash my clothes ans off to bed!CHiaoz!

Weather in Malaysia is getting more and more erratic hot due to US(not the America but we all).True or not true, it's actually up to us to take care of our beloved earth and also not forgetting mother nature!Not only that,global warming is getting worst and worst day by day and in no time, we won't be enjoying the wonderful nature that GOD has grant us.

It was freebies day and why was it freebies day?It is because this morning i received a hole bunch of stuff from Galaxie magazine where i was one of the prize winner!What did i won? A "What happen in Vegas" t-shirt, a pair of complimentary movie ticket and a deck of "What Happen in Vegas playing card".Well like people say,beggars can't b choosy and i was happy to won it.Well I'm actually crossing my finger very tightly and hoping i win more....

Lunch

A Video of David Cook performing the acoustic version of "The world i know" and "Time of my life" at the Wal Mart shareholder's function.It is a great performance because it is David COOK!

Woke up late,skipped my breakfast and got ready to go out to have lunch with dad at Westin Kuala Lumpur.It was kinda a free lunch because Mr.dad apparently had this stack of coupon which we can spend and eat for free at hotels like Westin Kuala Lumpur,Sheraton K.L and Subang.So today we got the opportunity to dine in at Prego,an Italian restaurant at Westin Kuala Lumpur.We are only given to choose 2 course meal and this is what we chosen.

The starter ,Bread and 2type of dipping.A choice of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar and Tomato puree with oil and herbs.I enjoyed the bread to the fullest and it was nice. Dad's choice,a bowl of "Hearty soup" which is like a tomato soup with herbs,basil i think and beans?Dad didn't really like it but i kinda love it.
2Nd course,Rabbit and polenta with tomato pureed based sauce.Rabbit tasted like chicken,not enough seasoning but the polenta was nice as it has cheese in it.
Mine!Red mullet with tomato based pureed sauce with other mixture.Fish was super nice as it was fresh and it was done a la minute.
My Dessert,Basil Panacotta.It was very rich and filling.The texture of the panacotta was smooth and it was finished with chocolate sauce and crushed peanut

As you can see,most of the thing we ate is all related to tomato because obviously it is a Italien restaurant right.Besides that,they served us complimentary coffee and tea.At the end of the day,the only thing we paid was for the sparkling water plus 5% tax and 10% service charge which cost RM 27.60 for a two course meal for two,don't you think it is worth it and on top of that we also got a complimentary Tiramissu cake which is on the house.If I'm not mistaken the original price was RM68++.My rating, 7/10,food is actually nice,ambiance was nice as it has Italian display,service was friendly and it is worth dining in.

Final words.....Thank You dad for bringing me there and i can't wait for the next dining at other hotel as dad still has quite a number of coupon to be used.Before i reached home,I finally got my hair cut.Nice meal ended with a smile on my face.

French class was postponed and so came home early and continue ANTM(America's Next Top Model) cycle 10 marathon and i finally finished it already,*Spoiler*,for you who haven't watch it,please watch this season because in this cycle there is 14 finalist instead of 13 girls,a quitter,more bitch fight,way different intro,a shocking winner which totally deserve it,MOTHERS,and a stunning finale...Enough Spoiler...For now.I'm officially hooked to reality show and series like One Tree Hill Season 5,Brothers and Sisters season 2.I'm still waiting for my friend to give me The O.c season 4 and the remaining episode of one tree hill season 5.Words from the TV addict..LOL

Well indeed i am sitting down and blogging while watching MTV,Multi task baby!Well I'm missing a hole lot of fun like The Click five's concert tomorrow at Genting which i was ask to go last minute but due to some circumstances i decided not to go!

What's next in line?Oh ya,i think i missed on the opportunity to meet Kylie Kwong this Tuesday at Mandarin Oriental because sadly i didn't win the contest and a friend of mine did.Sad for me but happy for him!

Next,i was offered a two day job at Putrajaya Almanda and i turn it down because i got things to do tomorrow which is lunch with my dad at Westin Kuala Lumpur and it is free because my dad got 1 stack of coupons which is related to the F & B industry!If I'm hardworking enough,i might take pictures!

What's next?I turn down my friend for futsal because number one I'm kinda broke and two,I don't play futsal.Sorry guys and i hope you guys had hole lots of fun.

Petrol price is up which means in no time you will see people on their bicycle on the highways instead of cars and motorbikes.Well if that was the case,i bet more Malaysian will be healthier and the obesity level in Malaysia will decrease tremendously.

Well yesterday history repeated today but it was better then yesterday as i've seen "major" improvement la!Aiyah,WTF!Just forget about that Shit and move on.

I have to said this over and over again because by blogging it can actually release my "stress".What do people do when they stress....Smoke,eat,bang music,alcohol,shopping and the list go on and on.I don't really do those examples mentioned above except for banging music or read or blog or sleep .It's kinda hard to cope up with everything these day as there is more and more problem are pilling up like the number of rubbish we Malaysian throwed each day!

It's kinda sucky to see ourself dealing with problem that others doesn't have to face or problem that other people face which doesn't involve us but we are stuck in it!WTF la,what ever is it, i think i've just have to move on,don't look back and think positive la............

It's been about a day or two since i blogged(big deal or i'm just "perasan").Nothing big has happened around me except the fact that i was out the hole day and today i was pissed or just felling F##K UP with "LIFO".

Endless fun and endless eating...

Well 1st i have to say kudos for being free finally to blog..for now la.Morning i was getting all the rest i need,then at 11 am i waited for Ms.Rachel to pick it me up then went to picked Ms.Tan Siew Choo and then we headed to Esso ss2 to wait for Mr.Tzai Ren and Mr.Rafiq.Waited for them for a while and while waiting , i manage to camp whore.
And so we headed our so call "road trip" to KLANG.SO we decided to follow Tzai Ren and knowing that we are heading to Paramount to eat and then me,Rachel and Choo was saying...

Justin:Eh...Why suddenly we come to Paramount one?

Rachel:Ya la..Not going klang to eat Bak kut teh meh?

Choo:Ya la.I thought Klang Bak kut teh mah?

Tzai Ren:(got down the car)We are eating at Grandpa.

Choo:Not Klang Bak kut teh meh?

Rachel:Choo..Damn "potong steam" man!

Tzai ren:(speechless)

And so we finally discuss for a few minute and then at last we started the engine and took the risk to head down to Klang and i was "the so called" navigator" who kept giving wrong direction to Rachel(sorry ya) and we were all clueless on where is the bak kut teh stall!We took the risk and the risk really paid off!GUESS what??We all got lost and we keep missing the turning,going all the way down to klang town to make a "u turn" and going round and round the toll for 6 times and finally with Tzai's friend help,we manage to reach to a town which has 5-6 bak kut teh stall.And as usual Choo was super excited and she was jumping for joy.

We were all so damn hungry and we finally picked this restaurant because there were lots of people and we figured out that it served nice bak kut teh!It was ok compare to the one Tzai Ren tried.We ate,Choo was "happy",Tzai Ren kept mocking Rachel which it was so fun to see and not forgetting Rafiq whom ate his vege and laughed with us.Bak kut teh..

After that,Rachel had to go for her group discussion and the remaining four of us headed to 1 Utama to chill.Chilled,window shopping and went home because i had to rush home for my Besties,Chee Lim brother's wedding.

People in 1 Utama playing Lego Get ready for half an hour and Robin came and picked me up.Dinner started at 7 ending up started at 8.15 and ended by 10.15.Ate,drank wine as my beverage,food was ok(chinese food).

Now it's time to say goodbye and sleep tight after the super and hectic long day!Thanks to everybody for making my day such a wonderful and memorable evening and I'm looking forward for another "road trip".
