What is there to say?

I got to say that holiday is making me to gain even more weight because the only thing I've been doing is eat and luckily not eating and sleeping or else, i will be a FAT and a LAZY bump.

What else i am hoping next?Still A PART TIME JOB and maybe concert passes?

PLEASE.....Is it too much?

It's been two days and i am still having DAUGHTRY fever stuck inside my head.

After collecting the tickets,i decided to start queueing and to my surprise,there was a line building up despite it is only 5pm something and the show only starts at 7pm

And so at 7pm like that,they finally allowed us to enter BUT we need to go through security where the have this scanner to scan our whole body for camera etc.....and i "PASS"
The real thing finally started at 8.15 or 8.30 like that and opening act was this band who plays instruments and only instruments.This band is like those band you will find in the Sarawak Rain forest festival.Music was wicked and the lead singer sang a cover of Stevie Wonder,"Isn't She Lovely" and it was kinda OK.

Whose next?Malaysian singer and hitz.fm graduate,Liang and a MC Jin(from hitz.fm).They sang 3 songs and they successfully bring the crowd alive and people was kinda entertained.

Next up,Daniel Lee and the moment he came out,those screaming Daniel Lee fan was screaming like nobody business and it was super loud as i have a girl screaming next to me and she was practically screaming her lunges out making my ear almost DEAF!He sang three songs,2 Malay song and 1 Chinese song.What can i SAY?The crowd was not entertained as crowds was kinda "booing" and i kinda understand but i must say,Good Job even though I'm not a big fan

Next up,3 Turn Table DJ.1 of them were from Pop Shuvit,1 more from the band Ahli Fikir and the other one was DJ Fuzz from Hitz.fm.Seriously, i had fun when the remixed all of those chart topping club song and people did managed to shake their booty and have fun dancing and singing along too.Good Job.

After a long wait,the stage was quiet for 1 moment and the crowd started shouting for "DAUGHTRY" and finally his crew finally set up the place and not long after that,Daughtry's band came out and finally Chris himself came out at 11PM like that and rocked until 11.45 PM like that.According to my source,here is the list of song that Daughtry performed.

So is it worth the wait for 5 hours or even more standing under drizzles of rain and screaming lunatic fans like me,HELL YEAH!I give it a 10/10 concert.Getting this opportunity to watch him live and standing in the center at 2ND row, it's PRICELESS!I must admit that this will be one of my memorable moment to catch Daughtry LIVE!Sadly there is no Autograph session for the public but there was a "Meet and Greet Session for selected Winners".It's OK,at least I was there to ROCK OUT!
P:S.I was screaming my lungs out until i loose my voice and my ear was practically DEAF until now.

OMG!

3 "HUGE" word to described my feeling now.

WHY?WHY?WHY?

I got a last minute call from my friend,Chan Yik Hoong that he got extra tickets to go and it is free baby!!!

We joined multiple competiton and been finding means of way to get tickets but in the end,none of those work!

Yesterday,CYH(Yik Hoong) was so unsatisfied and insisted that he MUST go see even though there is no meet and greet seesion and so he started calling his old friend on getting tickets and finally this morning he insisted me to go online and guess what....This is what he put as his name
"Marathoning Daughtry's Album and ready for tonight".So i asked him whats the good news, and he said he managed to get two tickets and i was speechless for a few seconds before regaining my consciousness and replied his message.

So.it's time to listen to DAUGHTRY song and get into the vibe and be ready for the rocking DAUGHTRY'S concert tonight.(Pictures will be up,i promise)

1 week has past and holiday joy is still haunting me and i HATE it!
WHY?

Still waiting for an important "call" and still staying positive and i don't know how long can i take it anymore.

But for others, they are on their holiday,working,spending time at their hometown and what is there for me...Rotting is the only answer to my problem.

God oh God,Please help me and i NEED it badly.I didn't have a good night sleep for the past few days because i was thinking too damn much and it is bothering me and every second,i am practically thinking about all of the problem i am facing now.

As for now, i think i am gonna lay back, and try not to think about it but the problem is, I CAN'T.

How long do i need to handle all of this?

Loooooooooongggggg holidays has never been that "fun".What am i doing this holiday?Let me see

1)Counting the days and hoping the holiday finishes as soon as possible
2)Waiting for a VERY VERY important phone call
3)In need of a part time job because i am FREAKING suffering without one.

5)I'm actually retyping all of my notes into Microsoft Words..I meant "ALL" starting with Pastry......
6)Cooking and maybe baking...

Final words, i am suffering in pain here and feeling VERY miserable. Please let me know a "positive" news and my misery "might" disappear.

4Th day of my holiday and i do not know whether i can stand it anymore as i am officially bored and i am rotting day by day doing nothing.I can't stand it anymore.I just Need MONEY,A PART TIME JOB for now.

I don't wish to do a countdown on how many more days left until i start classes because it is just too sick and frustrating to even think about it.

For now,I'm gonna cross my finger and stay positive and hoping positive things and "miracles" is gonna happen.........

I'm sitting down here,stoning,blogging,listening to musics and YouTube-ing.I got to say that I'm a SUCKER for Disney movie as i came across to a new movie call,"Picture This" starring HSM Ashley Tisdale aka Sharpay Evans from HSM.I'm not done with the movie but so far, it''s not bad.Do definitely check it out if you got a chance too.

Next up,Miley Cyrus's latest album Breakout is finally out and after listening it over and over again, i must say she is a talented girl and a young upcoming star.She is only 15 or 16 and she is already famous.Miley,Kudos for you girl.Her album actually sounded nice and to my review, it's a must check out album as i give it 9/10.

The day i was hoping has finally arrived.....The last paper and a long well worth rest is finally yet to be enjoy and that mean i can finally sit down n blog properly.

*Luckily,i didn't repeat my silliness for being late today and i was early instead today as i was there 15 minutes early.

What's next?....A long rest and a deserving one("almost 1month"),Work,work and more work.another kan cheong trip aka holiday with my friends and also the rest of the outing with my college mates...That is gonna be my plan for this holiday.Pretty boring right?Well...at least a break right?I sound excited and i can't wait for these outing man.

Friday,18 JULY 2008.The end of semester 3 and the beginning of my holidays.For a few,it's officially a hooray and happiness but for some others,they had to go back to college and re-sit some papers.

As for me,it's officially the start of my holiday which means more time for me to blog and do this and that but sadly,until now i am still jobless as i am still waiting for an important phone call.I'm really hoping to get a job this "1 month holiday" as i am totally 100% broke....

Another day of exams,which means another day to put on my thinking cap.What makes today another extraordinary day?I kinda screwed up both of my paper.Suprise Suprise?

First paper,F & B Cost Control.First crime,was "Late",a few minutes only and i never been late before.Secondly,I forgotten to sign off my exam booklet.What else,question was both expected and unexpected in a way but i manage to pull it together but I'm kinda nervous about my results and also my second mistake.

Second paper,Patisserie 2.I was again "late" but according to my watch it was 2 sharp.I got stranded outside for a few minute and luckily i managed to get in,Thank goodness.I'm hoping i don't screwed this paper because i do not know what was i writing because surprisingly,the question that came out was more on brain storming and nerve cracking question and i have only 1 hour to answer those question.

It is not my day.French is tomorrow and i haven't started yet but yet I'm still here blogging.So after this, i "hope" i will sit down and study and most probably,another night to burn my midnight oil....BONJOUR ALL the WAY.........................

First day of exam and today it was my first practical exam,Food Production.It was a total chaos for not only me but for others too(i guess!).Well,we were suppose to start at 8a.m but ended up started at 8++a.m.Collected Mise-En-Place and started my work and SUDDENLY,half of the students had to move down because class was suppose to be held at the place where we had our exam.And so,started to collect my stuffs and carry our things up and down(You can imagine the chaos-ness and the kan cheong-ness of running up and down)

Once we settled down,my Mise-En-Place was not even done and i had only 2 more hours to cook(Time flies).I was so "kan cheong" until i neglect the fact that i have a check list which i was working on yesterday and ended up not using it.

At one point,i lost all of my hope and i was thinking negative thoughts on "i will fail" and i wish to just give up at that stage.Thanks to my 3 besties,Charity,Dian and Pui Yee.they are the one who kept my fire burning and asked me to go on as I had ample time left.So i decided to suck it up and start to focus and start doing.Everything didn't turn out the way i wanted.For example;No fish stock to poach my fish but ended up using Chicken Stock to poach(Imagine).

During the judgement hour.it's time for me to face the music.Let's start with my starter,Caesar Salad.I forgotten to cut my Romaine lettuce and it was so big.Even though my croutons were burned at the first attempt, i manage to make it better at the second time.Surprise Surprise,it turns out OK and it was kinda tasty.
Next up,my main course,Fish Florentine and Anna Potato with Vichy Carrot and Sauteed French Bean.The only comment i had was my meal portion was all over,fish was to small making my potato as my main course but SURPRISINGLY my Vichy carrot(glaze carrot) turn out to be nice according to Mr.Helmy as he manage to finish it(Sorry Cherry,you will understand).
Well,i was too nervous and "kan cheong" until i forgotten to snap pictures!What La!

100th Post...and It's only 92

It was suppose to be my 100Th post but leh.......due to my counting skills,it turns out that it was my 92 post.Here i am celebrating for joy and the next minute,all of my joy turns into disappointment.(how "potong steam" is that?)

I have to thank Vivien for correcting me or else i will be the one who is gonna be humiliated for my silliness for being overjoy over such a small thing.

Last words,exam season is finally here and it actually starts tomorrow with Food Production 1.How cool is that?

My finals is in 3days and my first exam is Food production and it's a practical exam aka "black box".I'm not prepared neither done my practice and the only thing I'm prepared is the method and it is not 100% complete.The whole next week is gonna be my final and after that, I'm free like a bird as it will be my semester break.

No worries,my semester break is gonna be the same...work....Work.....as I'm saving up for shopping,concert and a holiday with my fellow buddies.Till then,chiaoz mates and have a wonderful day ahead.

I'm over with assignment and i'm moving on with my finals.In a week time, it's my both practical and theory but.........I'm neither prepared nor studied.

As for today, a group or a bunch of students finally finished their PDP assignment and handed in once and for all.After that,Aunty Vivien decided to try the Mille Crepe which i suggested and there goes out road trip,together we were joined by Emily,Pui Yee,Johnson and Yik Hoong. Personally, i do not know the way and neither one of us know the way and after remembering that the name of the shop was,Food Foundry, we finally reached there.

Food Foundry, it is located in Section 17.Want to know where is it?Let me try to describe.If you are coming from Ss2,at the Rothman Roundabout,Take your 9 o'clock,after turning in, take the first turning to your left and go all the way straight until you reach the high sloop and when you reach the top of the slop,immediately turn to your right and then go straight until you see a flat with shops on your right.Take the second turning and before turning in,you can see the Food Foundry signboard,it's kinda small especially and if you are planning to go at night,open your eyes.Enough said,here are some pictures......

When everybody is so stressed up with their PDP assignment which is due tomorrow,what did i do to not join in the stress mania? I went to watch Camp Rock,it is not out yet in Malaysia but U.SA,YES!But who cares?It was a 1 1/2 hour show and after i finished it, i went over to watch TV instead.

Morning

Went out with dad to have breakfast and we finally arrived at Sheraton Imperial,Celestial Court to have Dim Sum and it was freaking awesome.WHY?Number one, it was FOC and secondly it was superb and Lastly it was an eat all you want buffet.I had the time of my life eating rather than tasting it because it was so irresistible.What happen when the food was irresistible?You eat and eat and forget about the fact the food is fattening.No pictures for it because i was too bust eating rather than snapping any pictures.

Afternoon.

Started on my PDP assignment and I'm happy to say I'm "almost" done but what pisses me off the most,I'm not gonna say it but if you were in my shoe,you will feel super stressed up and FUCK Up!All i can say,please do not make my hard work and effort go down the drain and i had to start all over again as i can"t handle it anymore!FUCK UP MAN!

Who Cares......I'm still Rocking Hard?

After the "Kan Cheongness" and the craziness me and my friends had yesterday after we had our karaoke session,I'm still having the impact in my head.Thank goodness my voice is back and so i can sing again.For the time being,it will be me singing to the four walls with the radio or my media player running.

It was suppose to be an ordinary day without any plans, but it turn out that i actually went to college to hang around and help Mr.Philip to prepare Stocks for the upcoming practical exam.It turn out to be dull and it was kinda disappointing.No worries,i got to learn some tips from Mr.Philip himself.

Came home and find my house was in a mess.WHY?There was a so call renovation going on and i didn't know anything about it.When the renovation is done,me and my mother actually have to clean the hole freaking mess and man thank GOD it was not that disastrous.

That's all for now.I Have to stop blogging for the mean time and start on my PDP assignment which is due next week.I keep asking myself,"Why on earth i had to wait till the very end to start on my assignment?Is it because,that's the way it goes or I'm just plain lazy to even start?Suck it up JUSTIN and do and STOP WHINING.

First Cut Is The Deepest

It was that feeling again yesterday went i cut myself in Garde Manger class and luckily it was not deep.I didn't feel anything when i cut myself,is it because it was not pain or my skin is too deep?By the way,i got to thank Charity and Dian for being so concern.Thanks girls.

What is next?Oh ya,went to class for 1 HOUR only,went for F & B class and took my exam question for food production.We had to choose from number 1-14 and guess what,i got number 1 and the question was;
