You get sick and you can't do this,eat this or do whatever you like.All i want now is to sleep like a baby and get the rest i want.....

Sweet and Savoury Ending

Yup,an ending is suppose to be a happy ending and yes it was a happy ending.Going to class prepared knowing that there will be an exam on pastry today which is making a Gateau Royale (Chocolate Sponge with Chocolate Frosting and cream filling).

And it turn out that exam is was A NO way to be held because there is nothing to be test and so the lecturer decided instead of wasting 1 1/2 hours doing nothing,why don we make Souffles and that lesson was better than making a cake.

So according to my friends blog,Yik Hoong,we indeed have the same lesson with them.



What a nice way to end the day?A happy and a sweet and indeed savoury ending?What can you ask for more?No test but free marks?I bet everybody will die for it......

Unlucky Experience

And indeed it was an unlucky experience...

During exam,i faced my worst encounter which i am afraid to happen in any kitchen.

What fear was it?

An EXPLOSION...

This is my second encounter i faced in college already.

The first encounter was kinda OK for me as i felt the vibrations and it happened few metres away from me.

But for today, it happen in front of me and it involve gas and stoves.That's freaking traumatised and scary.OMFG!!!!!!

The only expression i can give was a total BLANK STARE!!!!

Full Stop To My First Year.

I officially finished my first year as a Culinary Arts student and i got another 1 1/2 more years to go...and it is gonna be fast as time flies and yes it does!

So what do you expect at the end of the semester?Obviously finals right and yes finals did came true....

Thank goodness i don't have any theory subjects but practical.So for this final exams, we students are required to cook two local dishes and mine was

1.Cucur Udang 2.Mee Mamak

So how was it?Let me see,the only critics i got was my dish was not colorful and attractive enough but in terms of taste i think is nice because the examiner took a second bite for my dish meaning it was NICE?Hmmm...?

Now i got to face the worst part which is THE RESULTS!!!!!

Jinggle Bells

Christmas is in 1 month times and i am already hype up and also in Christmas mood already.

I am so looking forward to Christmas Trees,Christmas Presents,Mistletoes,Frosty,Christmas Songs.

I am hoping for a Christmas celebration this year.

What am i hooked on currently or should i say ADDICTED....

Not Drugs....But........

Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte.And it is the first time i am actually hooked onto COFFEE and i am not a COFFEE Drinker or Addict.....

I WANT MORE...MORE TOFFEE NUT LATTE.....It's Until January 5Th and I have to wait for Year 2009 November for the next round to have this drink at Starbucks AGAIN.....Help ME!!!!

And so the other day i was bored and it came to my thoughts that i need to bake....

and i decided to attempt a second trial for my butter cake... and Strawberry and Pineapple muffins which came out like scones.....

The U.S.A election for a new President Candidate is finally over and the next President Of the U.S.A is none other then...MR.BARACK OBAMA which makes him the first ever Black skin color president in the history of U.S.A.

All i can say, i was even more happier and overjoyed that Obama has finally clinch the President seat.So,it's time for lots and lots and hard work for Mr.Obama.
